A matte fuchsia pink stains her lips, which is a much more kissable effect than an all-out red lip--an important factor on Valentine's Day. The key to this look, however, is the seductive eye makeup. A heavy liquid line is used on the top lid, winging out slightly in a cat eye, with a lighter line on the lower lashes. Very light neutral to pink tones are on the lid.
